Bookmark Prompts and Schedule Reports in Nexi AIIn this document
Nexi AI allows you to bookmark prompts and turn them into scheduled reports. After running a prompt, you can save it for later use and choose whether it should run daily, weekly, or monthly. This helps you reuse frequently used prompts and receive automated reports by email, with the report attached, without manually running the same search each time. Bookmark a PromptOpen Nexi AI and enter the prompt you want to run. For example: Could you show me the AI adoption trend over the last 30 days? 
After running the prompt, click the star icon next to the result. 
The prompt will be saved under your bookmarked prompts. 
Schedule a ReportClick the star icon in Nexi AI to view your bookmarked prompts. Select the frequency you want to use:
Once a schedule is selected, Nexi AI will automatically run the prompt and send the report by email. Manage Scheduled ReportsExisting scheduled reports can be managed from the Scheduled Reports section. 
The title, prompt, and schedule settings can be edited. 
The Test button can be used to send a sample report to your email and review the result without enabling the schedule.
