Nexi AI for End Users

Nexi AI allows end users like CEOs, CTOs, and CISOs to ask questions and generate reports directly from their company data.

Responses are tailored based on user roles using personas, so each user sees insights relevant to their position.

Subscription and Persona Management

To add users to Nexi AI, navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu and go to the Subscriptions section.

In the Nexi AI Subscriptions table, search for the user by entering their name or email address, then select the user from the results and click Confirm in the popup to complete the subscription.

After adding the user, assign a persona. This defines how Nexi AI interacts with and supports the user.

To configure personas, click Persona Configuration.

To assign a department, click the department count of the relevant persona.

Note
 Each persona is tied to its assigned departments, so all information delivered will always reflect the data within that scope.

Select the relevant departments from the list to complete the assignment.

 Departments will only appear in the list if the Is Department option is enabled within the user group settings.

If a new persona is needed, click the New Persona button on the Persona Configuration page.

Select a Base Persona from the dropdown, enter a name, and click Create Persona.

This process ensures that each persona is properly configured and scoped, granting users access to Nexi AI.
