Bypass Option

In this document
  • How to Enable for Deployment
  • How to Enable for Specific Agent

DefensX Bypass Protection is designed as a troubleshooting feature that allows administrators to give the end users the ability to temporarily disable DefensX protection on a deployment group or a specific agent. When enabled, end users can bypass DefensX protection for 5 minutes, helping administrators investigate access issues, verify policy behavior, or troubleshoot user-specific problems without making permanent configuration changes.

Important
By default, the bypass option is disabled. When disabled, the Bypass button will not be visible in the Mac or Windows agent menu.
