Bypass Option

In this document
  • How To Enable For A Deployment Group
  • How To Enable For A Specific Agent

Cybersecurity tools often face resistance from the end users for different reasons. This push-back is one of the main reasons for an incorrect cyber-posture. DefensX has bypass protection function to minimize the initial friction after the deployment with the end users. If you enable this option for a deployment group or a specific agent, end user(s) will have a chance to bypass DefensX protection for 5 minutes.

Important
By default, the bypass option is disabled. When disabled, the Bypass button will not be visible in the Mac or Windows agent menu.
