Overview

Scheduled Reports allow you to automatically deliver security reports to your customers or to yourself as a partner, on a recurring basis. You can configure reports per customer or across multiple customers, choose the delivery frequency, and assign specific recipients, all from the DefensX partner dashboard.

Creating a Scheduled Report

From your partner’s dashboard, navigate to the Scheduled Reports section from the left menu. To create a new report, click the New Scheduled Report button in the top-right corner.

Once inside the configuration screen, you will have the following options:

Frequency: Select how often the report should be sent: Monthly, Biweekly, or Weekly.

Customer Selection: Choose the customers to include in the report. You can select all customers or specific ones. Multiple scheduled reports can be created to target different customer groups, each with their own recipient list.

Delivery Format: Determine how the report is delivered. When multiple customers are selected, individual PDF files are generated for each customer and attached to a single email. For large customer sets, you may receive more than one email per scheduled report cycle. Using the default option is recommended.

Recipient Email Addresses: Add up to three email addresses to receive the report delivery.

Activation Status: Set the status to Active to enable report generation. If you need to pause delivery temporarily, switch the status to Inactive.

Sending Rules

If no scheduled reports have been configured, DefensX will automatically send monthly reports to up to five partner administrators who have recently logged in. Once a scheduled report is configured, that configuration takes precedence and determines both the reporting schedule and the content delivered.
