Message TemplatesIn this document
The Message Templates feature enables you to brand and customize your pop-up messages with full configurability. You can modify all elements, including content, button labels, and drop-down menu items to align with your brand. Creating and Configuring Message TemplatesTo create a Message Template, navigate to Message Templates from the left-hand menu and click the New Message Template button.
In the creation form, provide a name, upload your logo, select a theme, and complete the setup.
If the Globally Available in Customer Hierarchy option is set to Yes, the template becomes accessible across your global system and can be used by customers within your account hierarchy. To preview and configure a template, click Preview.
Within the Preview Template page, the following dialog types are available:
To configure a dialog, hover over it and click to make changes.
Once the configuration is complete, save the changes.
To activate the template, return to the Message Templates page and select the template to be deployed as customer-wide from the dropdown menu.
These configurations ensure that Message Templates deliver a consistent and seamless brand experience. |
