Overview

Nexi is an AI-driven reporting capability within DefensX that enables users to generate reports using natural language queries. It leverages existing platform data to provide insights into user activity, productivity, and risk.

How Nexi Works

Nexi processes data already available in the DefensX platform, including:

  • User browsing activity

  • Time spent on applications and websites

  • File upload and download behavior

  • Social media usage

  • Unauthorized use of AI tools

Based on this data, Nexi generates structured reports with visual elements such as charts and graphs. Reports are interactive and can be explored directly within the interface.

Key Features

Natural Language Queries

Users can generate reports by asking questions (e.g., most productive users).

Interactive Reporting

Generated reports include visualizations and allow user interaction.

Persona-Based Responses (Nexi AI)

Responses can be tailored based on role (e.g., CEO, CFO, HR, CISO, SOC Analyst), adjusting how insights are presented.

Multi-Tenant Support (Nexi AI MSP)

Partners can generate reports across different customer environments.

Simplified End-User Access

End users can be provided with access to Nexi only, without full platform visibility.

Enables partners to generate and manage reports across multiple customers.

Nexi for End Users

Provides direct access for individual stakeholders to generate their own reports.

Data Handling

Nexi operates entirely within the DefensX environment.

  • No data is transmitted outside the platform

  • All processing is performed locally on existing data

  • Users can delete their chat history at any time

Summary

Nexi enables on-demand, role-specific reporting without requiring manual configuration, improving accessibility to insights for both partners and end users.
