Nexi AI for MSPs

Nexi AI for MSPs enables partners to generate flexible, on-demand reports across all their customers without building custom reports manually.

MSPs can switch between customer environments, ask questions, and create tailored reports based on each customer’s needs. Outputs are visual and interactive, making them easy to share.

Subscription

To add users to Nexi AI MSP, go to Settings from the left-hand menu and access the Subscriptions section.

Within the Nexi AI MSP Subscriptions table, enter the user’s name or email address in the search field, select the relevant user from the results, and click Confirm in the popup to complete the subscription.

Once the subscription is confirmed, the user will be successfully added to the Nexi AI MSP Subscriptions list.
